Meditation can be a way to more deeply connect with yourself and others, let go of some stress and practice self-care. Many people don’t even begin because, “I can’t stop thinking for one second.” This course will help you to gently approach and develop a meditation practice. Firmly rooted in theory (the reasons we meditate) and practice (the actual sitting for a few minutes every day) this course will support personal growth and establishing a practice that works!
Meditation Class (September 15, 22 and 29; Oct. 6, 2018)
Learn a great method of meditation in this four-class course. Beginners welcome. Call to reserve your seat. You must attend the first class to take the course. The textbook is highly recommended.
Instructor: Bob Eklund. He has meditated twice daily for 28 years and taught the course for 18 years.
Cost: Donations welcome. Textbook $10, regularly $15.
